Anything regarding the former President is news. Those news are mixed, both good and bad, but mostly the former than the latter.
Donald Trump (DT) is reputed for speaking up albeit lacking what the British coined tact, diplomacy, and often decorum. I know he’s not alone. If you’re one noted for saying “the truth regardless of who’s concerned,” you are no different from DT. Anywho …
Tons of allegations
As you all may know, #45 is on trial for tons of alleged wrongdoings, ranging from inciting the infamous January 6th insurrection to disturbing Atlanta’s votes to defrauding NY by overvaluing his real estate, among others.
At the time of this blog, Trump is in court, taking the witness stand to either incriminate or defend himself (or both. 😊) on the fraud allegations.
Of all the charges, I find the real estate fraud allegations petty and ridiculous.
Fiduciary responsibility
the bank and insurance companies failed in their due diligence and fiduciary responsibilities
I am not an attorney, but of what I know concerning real estate and loans, there should be no need for a Trump litigation on this. If Trump overinflated his properties, which any property owner could and often do, in order to secure “better loans and insurance,” the onus is on the other side (that is, the banks and insurance companies) as it is their duty to verify the authentic values of those properties by conducting appraisals before granting the loans. If the bank and insurance companies failed in their due diligence and fiduciary responsibilities, the courts should go after them for granting such loans on assumptions, falsification, or both. As such this case should be dismissed.
In my opinion, this is a case that should never have been brought to court, and should be thrown out. Being litigated is both a waste of taxpayers money, which New Yorkers will have to pay for somehow directly or indirectly, and I dare say is further pointing to a political motive.
How many more trials to come for Donald Trump? Do you think that these trials have become a personal and/or political vendetta?
Anyhow, the outcome of this case will be interesting to find out.

Donald Trump like Richard Nixon isa crook, and just don’t point the finger at Trump for the Thef of Claaified Documents but Joe Biden and Pence are both guilty of stealing Classified Documents, and about election fraud and his financial troubles give himapass on that. But without a doubt he lost ; casesfor sexual assulting women and this can’t be forgiven; because sexually assault a woman is the worse disrespect a man can do in reference to women. Trump did more for Americans than Joe Biden!
