On this day, I celebrate all women;

strong, beautiful, loving, meek, and kind
In every land, they sing their song.
From dawn to dusk, they work and play,
Shaping the world in their own way.

In fields of science, art, and lore,
Their brilliance shines forevermore.
They conquer mountains and cross the seas,
With resilience but boundless ease.

In homes, they nurture, love, and care,
Their tender hearts, beyond compare.
They raise the future, shape young minds,
With wisdom, grace, and endless kinds.

In boardrooms, courts, and halls of power,
Their voices rise, they never cower.
Championing justice, rights, and peace,
Their influence and strength won’t cease.

On International Women’s Day, I say,
Your reward is already here and in heaven above.
Here’s to the women, of which I am one, come what may.
For all they are, and all they do,
We honor, cherish, and applaud you.
