He said, “I have left me 7000 who have not bowed their knees to Baal and whose mouth has not kissed him.” (1 Kings 19:18).
When people attack you for no cause to bring you down, God will always use His preserved army to raise you up much higher!
You wondered why God didn’t stop them, intervened, or why He let you go through the slander, attacks, desertions of friends, lost of jobs, business failures, husband messing up, wife running amok, friends turning enemies (frenemies), family members turning their backs on you, financial mess, gross misunderstandings and misfortunes that didn’t make sense, and all that came in that season.
You were like the 21st century Job; God parading you before satan and his cohorts. Why did He choose you? you asked
Because He knew He could trust you; that you won’t deflect. Could you have been one of the 7000? 🤔
It was a lot. But, first, you’re still here today. And you’ll still be tomorrow. Praise Him.
What you went through could have killed others or resulted in mental illness. That just depicts the gravity of it all. But, God!
He was working it out behind the scenes, hand-picking those He knows will do His bidding for you no matter what.
Your foundation was being built to be rooted immovable and unshakable; to withstand future assaults, if any, just in case your attackers didn’t learn anything from that season.
No people earthquakes, after-shocks, monsoons, thunderstorms, nor torrential rains whatsoever shall be able to uproot you or touch you any more.
My friend, that’s why it took so long and felt like He was silent and deserted you.
But David reminded us, “Even if our parents forsake us, God will never leave us.” (Psalm 27:10)
It felt like He hid from you during that season. But, friend, He’s always been right there; He won’t turn His back on you now or ever. Neither will He throw you out, nor abandon you.

Your new season is here
All that happened to you in that past season, mentally reinforced you, prepared you, and made you more resilient to handle this new season
He built you up for such a time as this.
Embrace it, my friend.
Your new season do over is here. It’s going to be what He originally meant it to be. It is good for He is a good God.
