The 2023-24 NBA Regular Season ends today, April 14. All Teams will play each other for that last chance of grabbing a new upward spot. All Teams, except of course, the Boston Celtics who has a commanding lead and have clinched the Eastern Conference winner spot. All other spots and division winners are still up for grabs.

Make sure to watch those games. They start at 1:00 PM ET and 3:30 PM ET and run simultaneously on various stations.

Postseason

A total of eight teams (four each from the Western and Eastern Conferences) have been eliminated from the playoffs. While another eight will participate in the playin.

A total of eighty-one (81) games have been played. The games were tense with teams like Oklahoma City (OKC), Minnesota Timberwolves, Indiana Pacers, and New Orleans Pelicans showing off resilient talents and positively contending with the “veterans.” It was hard to predict the outcomes of most games. Many Season games went into overtime and even double overtimes, while most games were won by a point or two.

My Warriors Team struggled somewhat. Key player Draymond Green’s suspension negatively impacted the Team though the Dubs players tried a few times to bounce back. I am glad that they hung on and made the playin. We’ll see how far they’ll go.
Though I’m happy to see Warriors in the playin, it is an extra seven-round game which, no doubt, might take its toll on, and affect, the players’ drive forward. But, as the truism goes, “never say never.”

What a Spectacular Season

Overall, the Season was thrilling all the way. I had a super fun time, exercising my lungs watching the Teams play each other. The Players’ competitiveness was super intense, much more than previous years. It made the games more enjoyable to watch.

Gratitude

I am so grateful to the NBA League, and especially the players, for an exciting basketball season. I really enjoyed myself. The players sacrificed a lot to show up for every game, come rain, snow, sleet, or shine. Yes, I know it’s their job and they’re paid the big bucks to show up, yes, yes, yes. But, I just want to say “thank you” as a Fan, and because I really enjoyed myself much more this Season.
