I desire prosperity

I desire prosperity. I hope you do, too. If you don’t, read no further. Maybe you’re one of those who say, “I just want to be comfortable; to be self-sufficient having enough for me and my family.” That’s great for you because that’s all that you will get. Please don’t complain when you’re unable to give for a cause or to help a family member or friend in need or, God forbid, that you’re now unable to provide simple luxuries for yourself or children!

Be careful what you say. Because saying things like that is not humility, but sheer ignorance. Could you use your prosperity to help humanity? Does it hurt if you have abundance and are able to do much more for yourself, family, friends, or support a good cause? If you don’t want the blessings, become a philanthropist and donate it all. You will indeed be helping the universe.

If you change your mind and desire prosperity, all you need to do is change your words. Repeat of all your negative words and thoughts. And replace them with positive ones. So simple, but it requires intentionality. A paradigm shift if you may.

Now, to those who desire

Now, to those who desire God’s prosperity, please continue reading. 😊

I hope that it is safe to say that we all want to prosper and be blessed in everything and whatever we do. But do we know the precursor for such outcome?

My Holy Bible, according to the above chapter, Psalm 1, tells me that I should:
1. “Not walk in the counsel of the ungodly,
2. Not stand in the path of sinners
3. Not sit in the seat of the scornful, and
4. Delight myself in the law of the Lord.”

If I do these, the guaranteed outcome is prosperity. Not just financial, but I believe, holistically; that is,

• Mental Prosperity in my mind and soul and no anxiety;
• Physical Prosperity for my body with all joints and limbs functioning as they ought to;
• Social and Relational Prosperity of family, friends, business associates, clients, and all;
• Emotional Prosperity of my emotions; love unlimited, no fear, joy overflow, no hate, and no sorrow;
• And the financial prosperity will be a surplus!

But, I know the most wicked somebody

Some might think or say, “I know the most wicked somebody who is prospering.” My friend, do not look on the outside. I’m sure that if you really, really know that somebody, you’ll say something different. Don’t be ignorant, my friend.

My Bible tells me that the end of such somebody is destruction. Ouch! “God has set those somebodies in slippery places; and, sooner or later, they will be brought to desolation, and consumed with terrors.” ‭‭(Psalms‬ ‭73‬:‭18‬-‭19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬) 😩😱

Sounds like a terrible God. No! We sure have a great and loving God who is also, just and fair. He loves somebodies and everybodies so much that He gives everyone a long time to repent and turn from their wicked ways. We can write a book on this, but that’s not the topic today.

Moving on to Prosperity

Moving on to the topic of those who desire prosperity.

If it hasn’t happened yet, let’s not be phased because I know who promised it. He’s not a man who lies and He’s One who always honors His Word.
Therefore, it must be a timing issue. He’s working all things behind the scene and He shall bring it to pass. For delay is not denial.

Maybe you and I took a detour and went the wrong path
Now, He who promised this, has to reroute the life journey to integrate your error(s) so that the desired outcome will still be accomplished. Just imagine that. Read my post on The Highway of Life and you’ll understand.
