It’s performance review time. Only it’s going to be a self review. How have you done so far and how do you think you will end the last quarter of 2024? Honestly answering these questions will help us all to end better than we started.

I cannot believe how fast 2024 went. It certainly confirms the truism that every child thinks the day is snail’ing, whereas adults think that the day (and year) is jetting.
It’s the last quarter of the year when most businesses reflect and review their operations to ensure that they are still on track and on budget to meet their all-round goals.
If businesses do it, individuals should also.
Review the past months
A review of the past nine months will help determine what steps or changes to take or make for the remaining three months.
So, let’s make the last three months count. Anything is possible. Everything is doable. Nothing is impossible. One day of sales (or a new client) can make all the difference.
What are we waiting for?
Gratitude
One who is grateful for yesterday’s blessings, will surely receive another!
Yoruba (Nigeria) adage
Remember to be grateful for all that was accomplished and thankful for who made it possible. Not showing gratitude connotes that God hasn’t done anything or that you did it all by your might and strength! That’s pride at work!! But, we are humble and grateful people, right?
I pray
I pray that we will all fulfill all that we set out in January 2024. That we will finish the year much better than we started in the name of Jesus. Expect a miracle 🙂
Glad to hear that it’s a @very timely reminder.” Thanks for your constant support.

This is a very timely reminder for me. Last year at work, we talked about slowing things down for this year! Anyway, here is to see if we can plan for a smoother 2025 once we get through the last quarter of 2024 😊
