Electoral College certifies Biden

It is now official – Joe Biden has been certified as the winner of the U.S.A. Presidential election. Together with the Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, they will both be sworn in on January 20th, 2021. Prior to January, however, according to CBS News, there are still two major dates to hurdle:

  1. December 23: All copies of the electors' votes must be delivered to the recipients.
  2. January 6: Congress will count the votes of the electors. Procedure calls for Pence to open each state's "certificate of ascertainment" — documents prepared by the state after it has completed its vote count and ascertained the official results. He will then present the certificate to four "tellers" who announce result tallies. Once a candidate reaches 270 electoral college votes, Pence will declare the winner.

Joe Biden won 306, of the total of 538, electoral votes; 270 is needed to affirm the winner.

Kamala Harris’s affirmation as Vice President is a win for women as she will be the first African- and Native-American woman to hold the office.

ThinkTalk wishes both a peaceful reign in The White House.

What does this mean for all of us?

Definitely it means an atmospheric change, changes in laws and policies, probably some reforms and hopefully, the beginning of the end of overt racism and social injustices; including cures for the covid-19; first rollout of the vaccine is already being given. Most importantly, I hope that it signifies the return of peace, joy, and hope to the United States of America and all.

Meanwhile, incumbent President Donald Trump’s legal crew still insists that the votes were stolen in some states though their legal maneuverings have been dismissed by the Courts.

The more serious issue

Affirming the presidential election is serious and necessary for the moving forward of America/Americans in various aspects.

However, what is much more serious, personally, is a critical review of all the prophetic words that was given prior and during the elections that God had ordained Donald Trump for a second term. I know that God is not a man that He should lie. Were the prophets/prophetesses saying what God had not instructed them to say? Or did Donald Trump’s behavior and attitude cancel him out of the prophetic words?

I do not know. But I do hope, in order to restore the dignity of the Prophets and the Office, both spiritual and physical, that all the prophets/prophetesses must repent if they’ve spoken presumptuous words concerning Donald Trump and the election. And if they did indeed, I pray that God forgives them all.

One response to “Electoral College certifies Biden”

  1. […] Glad that it’s finally over. The results were overwhelmingly in favor of Governor Newsom staying in office to complete his term, and probably a bigger and greater candidate for a second term. Is that a prediction or a prophecy? Prophecies have gotten a bad wrap and particularly with the last President. I don’t want to rehash that, but read my thoughts on it here. […]
